Disney Villainous Adds Coco and Frozen Villains This July

If your game night has a soft spot for playing the villain, Ravensburger has two fresh ones for you this month. Disney Villainous: Success at Any Cost brings Ernesto de la Cruz from Pixar's Coco and Prince Hans from Frozen into the hit hidden-agenda strategy game, and it reaches UK shops this July.

Disney Villainous is a competitive game where each player controls a different Disney villain, moving a sculpted mover around their own board and racing to complete a personal scheme while dealing Fate cards to derail everyone else. It is proudly asymmetric. Every villain plays by its own rules and chases a different goal. Designed by studio Prospero Hall, the 2018 original was a crossover hit that took the game of the year prize at the 2019 Toy of the Year Awards and spawned a long line of expansions plus Marvel and Star Wars spin-offs.

Success at Any Cost is an expandalone, so you can play it on its own as a two-player duel or fold Hans and de la Cruz into your existing collection for up to four players. Both are twist villains, the charmers who turn nasty late in their films, which suits the series' scheming, backstabbing mood. Hans is out to topple Anna and Elsa, while the silver-tongued de la Cruz wants to bury the evidence of his crimes. A Target-exclusive edition wraps the box in papel picado art, a nod to Coco's Day of the Dead roots.

At an MSRP of around $22.99 it is an easy add to the collection, and a second 2026 set, Come, We Fly!, will bring the Hocus Pocus Sanderson sisters to the table nearer Halloween. Fancy a villainous game night of your own? Round up your group and find players near you.
