If you've got a resin printer gathering dust, Pathfinder has a new reason to fire it up. Paizo Printables went live on 2 April via MyMiniFactory and Patreon, offering official 3D-printable minis for Pathfinder's iconic characters, creatures, and dragons. It's Paizo's first serious push into print-your-own territory, and it could quietly change how GMs stock their tables.

Start organising for freeThe launch Welcome Pack includes 28 miniatures: the eight iconic player characters from the Pathfinder Player Core (with two companions), three Large dragons, and a Huge centrepiece mirage dragon, plus a stack of creatures and NPCs. Every subscription also comes with a PDF packed with stat blocks and a ready-to-run quick adventure with a map. Subscriptions start at $4.99 a month, with a $9.99 tier adding more content. Paizo also throws in digital copies of the Player Core and remastered Beginner Box when you sign up, which is a decent sweetener for new GMs.
The business model here is worth a closer look. Pathfinder has historically leaned on Pathfinder Battles prepainted minis and Wizkids licensed plastic, neither of which is cheap. Wargamer called it potentially business-model-changing for Paizo, and it's easy to see why. A printable catalogue scales without warehousing costs and works globally from day one. Partner Titan Forge handles production, and Paizo is layering in discount codes for partners like Turbo Dork and Wizkids.
