You play adventurers exploring a set of mysterious lands, and Attia has built the game on the bones of his 2013 design Spyrium, one of the sharpest and most underrated euros he has made. Expect his trademark tension: a tight economy, actions that cost you as much as they gain, and decisions that rarely feel comfortable. A narrative thread runs through it as well, with your characters' exploits feeding back into how the game develops, so it is not the dry point-salad the "expert euro" label sometimes implies.
Hard details are still thin. Player counts, timings and components are being held back until closer to release, which Pandasaurus has pencilled in for the final quarter of 2026, timed around SPIEL Essen this October. Attia's games tend to reward players who enjoy being squeezed, so if your group loves a brain-burner where every coin matters, this is one to keep an eye on. If you would rather line up people to play the heavier stuff with, it never hurts to find a local group.
