The Sanderson Sisters are coming to your tabletop. Ravensburger has revealed two new Disney Villainous expansions for 2026, and between them they add some of the most requested baddies in the line, including the witches from Hocus Pocus, Coco's silver-tongued Ernesto de la Cruz, and Frozen's scheming Prince Hans.

Set up your group for freeFor the uninitiated, Disney Villainous is an asymmetric strategy game from studio Prospero Hall, first released in 2018, in which each player takes a different Disney villain with their own board, their own deck and their own twisted objective. One villain might be trying to take over a kingdom while another is hunting down a specific hero, so no two players are ever doing quite the same thing. It has been a runaway hit since launch and spawned a long run of standalone sets.
The first new set, Success at Any Cost, lands in July and pairs Ernesto de la Cruz with Prince Hans. It is an "expandalone", playable on its own or mixed into other Villainous boxes for up to four players, and in the US there is a Target-exclusive edition with packaging inspired by papel picado paper art and a special finish on Ernesto's mover. The second, Come, We Fly!, arrives later in 2026 and brings the Sanderson Sisters as a single villain, making them only the second live-action characters to join the game.
