Disney Lorcana players have a big week ahead. Attack of the Vine!, the trading card game's thirteenth set, reaches local game shops for its prerelease on 17 July 2026 before a wider release on 24 July, and it marks the moment Pixar properly joins Ravensburger's Disney card game.

Set up your group for freeThe headline is the crossover cast. This set brings in glimmers from three Pixar films at once: Up, with balloon-house pilot Carl Fredricksen; Monsters, Inc., led by the scheming Randall Boggs; and Turning Red, whose Meilin Lee turns up as both a pop idol and her giant red panda form. For a game that has so far leaned on classic hand-drawn Disney, a wave of Pixar characters is a real shift in flavour.
The set is named after a new in-world threat. The Vine is a Lorcana-native menace rather than a Disney character, spreading across the board and corrupting familiar faces, with villains like Ursula, Pete and Gaston getting "Created by the Vine" versions. On the lighter side, the set has fun with fantasy makeovers, turning Winnie the Pooh and friends into a full adventuring party of archmages, sages and rogues.

Set 13 slots into an ongoing 2026 run that has already dipped into Pixar's back catalogue, with more crossovers promised before the year is out.
If you want to crack booster packs with other players, most shops run prerelease events the week before launch. Worth getting in early.
