Nothing is confirmed yet, so keep the salt handy, but the trail is hard to ignore.

Set up your group for freeThe slip came from Roll20, the virtual tabletop platform and long-standing D&D partner. As EN World reports, Roll20 briefly published a storefront post saying pre-orders for a D&D take on Azeroth were live, then pulled it. Screenshots were already doing the rounds, with the leaked page reportedly carrying the line "Roll for Azeroth". Geek Native and Windows Central both clocked the listing before it vanished.
What nobody knows yet is the shape of it. Reports are split on whether this is a full setting book with bespoke rules for Warcraft's world, or a lighter supplement of subclasses and character options that bolt onto the 2024 core rulebooks. Either way it would rank among the biggest crossovers in D&D's roughly 50 year history. It is also a bit of a homecoming, since the last official World of Warcraft tabletop RPG landed back in the mid-2000s on D&D's own d20 system, so a modern version is long overdue.
