Asmodee Brings 160+ Games to UKGE in 1,500m² Showcase

Asmodee has revealed its plans for UK Games Expo 2026, and they're going big. The publisher is taking 1,500 square metres of floor space across ten stands, with hands-on demos for more than 160 games. UKGE runs 29-31 May at the Birmingham NEC, marking the show's 20th anniversary, and Asmodee's footprint alone would fill most other UK conventions.

The line-up covers Asmodee's broad catalogue, with Dobble, Ticket to Ride, CATAN and Azul leading the family-friendly demos. New this year is a TCG Village dedicated to trading card games, where Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, Star Wars: Unlimited, Gundam and One Piece all share a hall. If you've been meaning to dip a toe into a new TCG, that's the place to do it without committing to a starter deck blind.

There's also a Party and Play zone with a LEGO area, themed photo spots, plus the returning Dobble van and Asmodee Kids area for younger players. The standout silly bit is a life-sized Ticket to Ride: London bus display. You'll know it when you see it. Watch out too for the English-language debut of King of Tokyo Godzilla, the IELLO/Toho crossover that's been teased on Asmodee's UKGE roster.

Asmodee is also supporting tournaments and events throughout the show, with pre-registration via the official UKGE website. Given that the company has absorbed Days of Wonder, Z-Man, Repos Production, Libellud and several other studios over the past decade, "Asmodee tournaments" effectively means most of the modern hobby's classics under one roof.

UKGE itself drew upwards of 70,000 gate attendances last year, making it Britain's biggest hobby games con by some distance, and the 20th anniversary edition has already announced a games museum stand and a stack of publisher reveals timed for the show.

If you're heading to Birmingham, find your group or organise a meetup at the show. Asmodee is just one of around 600 exhibitors. There's plenty more to chase.
