A new corruption is creeping through Arkham, and it wants your investigators to become the monsters. Children of Blood, a fresh small-campaign expansion for Fantasy Flight's cooperative card game Arkham Horror: The Card Game, sends one to four players into the city's Waterfront and Northside districts to trace a string of bloody disturbances. It reaches shops on 14 August 2026.

Start organising for freeThe hook is a new chaos token: the blood token. As Asmodee describes it, the token "can slowly turn the investigators into monsters themselves," and a campaign reward even lets you carry blood tokens into other scenarios for "deadly power at the cost of their humanity." That trade of strength for your soul is exactly the kind of grim bargain this Lovecraftian game is built on. The set runs across three scenarios, plays in about 90 minutes, and needs the core set to play. It is priced at $44.99.
For newcomers, Arkham Horror: The Card Game is Fantasy Flight's long-running cooperative "living card game," where you build an investigator deck and push through branching, campaign-length mysteries that remember your choices. Children of Blood is a bite-sized way into that world for existing players. Fantasy Flight first revealed the set in May, ahead of its August release.
