British publisher Osprey Games has pulled the cover off the next entry in one of the best deck-building wargame series going, and the designers reckon it is their finest yet. Undaunted 2200: Revolution lands on 8 October 2026, taking the war for the solar system to its largest scale so far.

Find events near youIf you have not played an Undaunted game, here is the pitch. It is a tactical card game, originally for two players and now up to four, where you build and manage a deck of soldiers and vehicles, and every casualty you take is a card pulled out of your hand for good. Losses genuinely sting. David Thompson and Trevor Benjamin launched the series in 2019 with the WWII-set Undaunted: Normandy, followed by North Africa, and the line has earned a shelf of awards and a devoted following for squeezing real tension into a 45-minute game.
Revolution is part of the sci-fi 2200 branch that began with Callisto. This time the Lunar Frontier Authority is fighting a resistance movement called the Breakers, and the conflict spreads across Mars, the Moon, Earth and a scattering of asteroid facilities by 2205. The headline feature is combined arms. You command mechs and aircraft at once, bringing aerial dogfighting together with the ground combat the series is built on, across terrain that shapes line of sight. You can play branching four-scenario narrative arcs where your choices carry forward, or pick from 15 standalone scenarios for a one-off scrap.
Stop juggling Meetup, WhatsApp, and spreadsheets. One platform for your gaming group's events, RSVPs, and member management.
See how it worksThe box is generous, with three double-sided boards, 15 map tiles, 120-plus cards and three rulebooks. Pre-orders are open now on Osprey's site, with demos heading to Gen Con and SPIEL Essen later this year. Fancy a regular tactical night? Find a gaming group near you and get a campaign on the table.
