There's a new flip-and-write hitting your browser this week, and it's all about reading the room before you commit to ink. Spyworld, Frédéric Morard's pocket-sized spy thriller for French publisher Don't Panic Games, just landed on Board Game Arena as the platform's free Wednesday release. Thirty minutes, 2 to 12 spies, browser-based, and a deck of mission cards that punish anyone playing too straight.

Find events near youEach round you flip cards and check off your sheet, building a defensive maze of traps, walls, guards and treasures while opponents try to crack your operation. The catch is that you don't always have to telegraph the move. Reveal too much too early and rivals start sabotaging your missions before you can complete them. Stay too quiet and someone else snatches the dead drops first. Don't Panic describe it as "observing, anticipating, and sometimes bluffing", which is about right for a publisher whose other titles include the cagey betrayal game Styx and a DC Comics edition of Spyfall.
The big sell here is the BGA launch itself. Free play, no setup, scales up to a full dozen at the table, and the implementation by Moof keeps everything on a clear scoring sheet so you can teach it in a couple of minutes. That makes Spyworld a strong fit for the warm-up slot before the main course of your Tuesday night session, or for those nights when half the group is on the sofa and half is on Discord.
