Mega Lucario is back, and he is leading the next big Pokemon TCG Pocket drop. Pulsing Aura, the latest full-scale expansion for Pokemon TCG Pocket, launches worldwide on Monday 27 April at 6pm PDT (2am UK on Tuesday 28 April), and the cover star is the Fighting-type fan favourite in his Mega form.

Start organising for freeThe set leans heavily on Mega Evolutions. Mega Lucario ex sits front and centre on the box, with Mega Sceptile ex headlining a Grass-type push and Vaporeon ex adding a Water option. Single and Rapid Strike Urshifu, Emboar, and Bisharp round out the headline cards alongside a deep Fighting-type bench, hinting at a meta shake-up around training-themed decks once players start brewing on launch day.
Pulsing Aura also introduces a new piece of card flair. Diamond-rarity cards now upgrade to gold-framed versions once you've collected ten copies of the same card, a decent reward for the deeply addicted who keep ripping packs after they've already hit playset.
