The Leeds Board Game Convention is back for 25-26 July 2026 at the Holiday Inn in Garforth, and it's shaping up to be the biggest one yet.
Run game nights? Backseat Gamer handles RSVPs, waitlists, date polling, and game voting so you can focus on playing.
Start organising for freeThis two-day convention offers an open-gaming library of over 500 games, including deluxe and special editions you probably won't find at your local club night. On top of that, exhibitors including Hachette, Chance and Counters, Ocean City Games, Clownfish Games, and Tabletop Rescue are bringing demo and retail space, so you'll get hands-on time with new releases before they hit wider shelves.
Highlights this year include multiple scheduled sessions of Blood on the Clocktower, the social deduction game that has taken the hobby by storm, plus dedicated quieter spaces for anyone who prefers a calmer gaming environment. There's also a charity raffle supporting the Rob Burrow MND Centre, giving you a reason to dig into your wallet beyond the vendor stalls.

Find events near youFor anyone in the north of England looking for a summer gaming fix between conventions, Leeds BGC fills a genuine gap. It's big enough to feel like an event but small enough that you won't spend half your day queuing. Day and weekend passes are available now through Ticket Tailor.
