The biggest D&D show on the planet is finally crossing the Atlantic. Critical Role's Echoes of Exandria live tour has two UK dates locked in: Edinburgh Castle on 12 July 2026 and London's O2 Arena on 26 October 2026. It's the first time the full founding cast has played a live game on British soil, and one of the dates is, yes, in an actual castle.
Got a regular group? Create a private community, poll for the best date, vote on games, and let your friends RSVP in one place.
Set up your group for freeFor anyone who's missed the past decade, Critical Role started in 2012 as a group of voice actors playing D&D in a friend's living room. It now spans two animated Prime Video shows, a publishing imprint (Darrington Press), and the in-house Daggerheart roleplaying game. The tour features the original eight players, Matthew Mercer, Ashley Johnson, Marisha Ray, Taliesin Jaffe, Travis Willingham, Sam Riegel, Laura Bailey and Liam O'Brien, with Mercer running the table for the European shows.
Each stop tells a self-contained story set in Critical Role's home setting of Exandria, with bespoke stage design that the team has been teasing on socials. The Edinburgh show is named Darktow and the London show is Red Moon Requiem, so expect distinct vibes.
Run game nights? Backseat Gamer handles RSVPs, waitlists, date polling, and game voting so you can focus on playing.
Start organising for freeThe Edinburgh date swaps the usual Fan Experience tickets for hospitality add-ons in keeping with the venue, including whisky tastings, custom dinners and overnight rooms at the castle. London's O2 keeps the standard Fan Experience option with early entry, a 45-minute Q&A preshow and premium seating. Both shows have venue-exclusive merch.
If you're heading to either, this is a perfect excuse to gather a local D&D group for a watch-along the week before, then meet up at the venue. Find or start a community on Backseat Gamer and turn one show into a season of campaigns.
Tickets for both UK dates are still available through AEG Presents and the Critical Role website.
