If you've been playing Mantic Games' Halo: Flashpoint and craving bigger battles, your reinforcements are inbound. The Noble Team Expansion ships late April, bringing six fan-favourite Spartans from Halo: Reach to the tabletop along with a brand new way to play.
The expansion includes all six members of Noble Team: Carter, Kat, Jun, Jorge, Emile, and Noble Six. Each miniature is produced in Mantic's premium MasterCraft resin, delivering sharper detail than the standard plastic in the core game. The set also includes character cards, special order reference cards, and a pair of UNSC Man Cannons for interactive terrain.
The big addition here is the double-mat game format. The Noble Team Expansion booklet introduces rules for combining two standard Flashpoint mats (or using the new double-size Reach neoprene mat) to play Big Team Battle scenarios. These larger games let you field more units across a wider battlefield, something the Halo: Flashpoint community has been vocal about wanting since the game launched.
Halo: Flashpoint is a tactical miniatures skirmish game for two players, set in the Halo universe. Each game plays out on a grid-based mat with alternating activations, blending the tactical depth of tabletop wargaming with the accessible theme and lore of one of gaming's biggest franchises. The core game focuses on tight, small-scale firefights, so the Noble Team expansion's Big Team Battle mode is a meaningful step up in scale.
The expansion is priced at £69 / $90 and requires a Halo: Flashpoint starter set to play. For those who missed out at AdeptiCon in late March, where early copies were available, the expansion ships to retailers and pre-order customers in late April.
